Agreement to Terms

By booking an appointment with Styles by T LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms of this policy. It is your responsibility to review this policy in full prior to booking. If you do not read or do not agree with any part of this policy, do not book an appointment.

Failure to read, understand, or comply with this policy does not exempt you from its terms, fees, or consequences. Styles by T LLC will not be held liable for any misunderstandings, disputes, or claims resulting from your failure to review or follow this policy. By booking, you also waive the right to dispute charges or services based on not having read or understood the policy.

ALL CLIENTS:  Must complete the Booking Policy Agreement before booking. 

NEW AND TRANSFER CLIENTS: Must complete a consultation before booking services.  

EXISTING CLIENTS: Must submit a hair photo before each maintenance appointment.
