Agreement to Terms
By booking an appointment with Styles by T LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all policies listed below. It is your responsibility to read this agreement fully before booking.
If you do not understand or do not agree to any part of this policy, do not book an appointment.
Failure to read this policy does not exempt you from its terms, fees, or consequences. Styles by T LLC is not responsible for misunderstandings that result from not reviewing this policy.
By booking, you also waive the right to dispute charges or services due to not reading this policy.
Business Hours
Monday – Thursday | 9AM – 4PM
Weekends and after-hours are unavailable unless otherwise announced and approved.
Understanding Your Hair Journey
Every client is different. Results vary based on hair type, lifestyle, maintenance, and individual needs. No two outcomes will be identical.
Policy Acknowledgement & Compliance
All clients must follow booking requirements. Failure to comply may result in denial of service, cancellation, or permanent removal as a client.
Booking Requirements
All payments are non-refundable.
Deposits are required at the time of booking — No exceptions.
Book appointments at least 2 weeks in advance. Last-minute bookings (less than 2 weeks) may require an additional fee.
Do not book if you are sick.
Consultations are required for:
New clients
Transfer clients
Clients who have exceeded maintenance recommendations
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance or a new deposit will be required to reschedule.
Microloc maintenance is every 4–6 weeks (maximum 8 weeks).
If you repeatedly exceed your recommended maintenance window, services may be discontinued.
Clear photos of your hair must be sent before every appointment for accurate service time and pricing.
Book the correct service. You will only receive what you booked.
Respectful communication is mandatory — Disrespect will result in terminated services.
No-Call/No-Shows lose all booking privileges immediately.
No walk-ins. Appointments only.
Shampoo, frizz maintenance, color, and add-ons have additional fees.
Appointments that run beyond the scheduled service time incur $50 per hour.
Clients serviced by multiple Locticians will not be accepted.
Payments & Fees
Deposit Requirements:
Existing Clients: 30% deposit
New & Transfer Clients: 50% deposit
Confirm service pricing before booking.
Canceling instead of rescheduling forfeits your payment.
Refunds are only issued if I cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. Processing may take up to 7 business days depending on payment method.
Afterpay, Affirm & Klarna require full payment before the service date — request an invoice.
(Deposit is still required at booking even with pay-later options.)A processing fee applies to all non-cash payments. (See booking site for details.)
Salon Etiquette
Upon arrival, please call/text to be let inside.
If running late, notify me as a courtesy — and I will do the same.
10+ minutes late will require rescheduling.Do not bring extra guests unless approved.
Keep the space clean and maintain a respectful noise level.
