Only scheduled clients are permitted at appointments
Do not bring additional guest unless approved
Please allow time for responses during business hours
Do not send multiple messages regarding availabilty or pricing
All availiability is listed on the booking site
Appointments must be booked through the online system unless scheduled in person immediately following a completed appointment or approved due to client limitations. These are the only exceptions.
By submitting a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to all policies outlined.
•A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments
• $50 deposit required for all bookings
• Microloc installs require a $300 total deposit per day
• The booking system collects $50 at booking
• The remaining balance must be paid via invoice
• Payments must be made through Square
• Zelle is the only outside payment method accepted
• Financing options (Afterpay, Affirm, Klarna) include a 10% processing fee
• Appointments must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance. Due to limited availability, clients are strongly encouraged to schedule their next appointment at the end of their current service
• Clients are responsible for booking and managing their own appointments online
• Appointments must be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance
• If your appointment is canceled by Styles by T LLC:
You must select a new date and contact me to transfer your deposit
• Do not rebook without contacting me, or a new deposit will be required
• If you cancel instead of rescheduling, your deposit is forfeited
•Appointments are not confirmed without payment
• Clients 10 minutes late or more will be required to reschedule
• No-shows are not eligible to rebook
• Maintenance is required every 4-6 weeks (maximum 8 weeks) unless otherwise recommended and approved
• Clients who exceed their recommended maintenance timeframe must complete a new consultation and submit current photos prior to booking
Clients who repeatedly exceed their maintenance timeframe or require major corrective work may be declined for future services
• Existing clients who exceed the duration of their appointment will be charged $50 per additional hour or required to schedule an additional appointment for completion
Repairs & Additional Maintenance
• Minor repairs may be addressed during scheduled maintenance appointments
• Same-day or last-minute repair requests will not be accepted. All repair requests must be booked in advance and are subject to availability
• Clients who frequently require repairs outside of normal maintenance may be required to schedule additional appointments or may be declined for future services
• Repeated loss of extensions or damage requiring replacement may result in additional charges for replacement hair
• Clients are responsible for proper at-home care. Failure to follow care instructions may result in ongoing repair needs and additional service fees
• Extensive repairs and corrective work are not offered for transfer clients.
• Transfer clients may be accepted on a limited, case-by-case basis and may not always be available
•Transfer clients must be within 4-6 weeks or their last maintenance appointment to be considered
• Transfer clients whose maintenance requires excessive time (typically exceeding 3 hours) will not be accommodated
• Clients should be comfortable but maintain a proper posture
• Excessive movement or improper positioning may affect service quality
• You may be asked to adjust your position during your appointment

Failure to review this policy does not exempt you from compliance
