Agreement to Terms
By booking an appointment with Styles by T LLC, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies outlined below. It is your responsibility to review this agreement in full before booking.
If you do not understand or do not agree with any portion of this policy, do not book an appointment.
Failure to read this policy does not exempt you from its terms, fees, rescheduling requirements, or consequences. Styles by T LLC is not responsible for misunderstandings due to failure to review this policy.
By booking, you also waive the right to dispute charges or services based on not reading or misunderstanding this policy.
Business Hours
Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Some days I may close at 4 PM.
One weekday per week will be closed. The specific day may vary based on appointment demand and scheduling needs.
Weekends and after-hours appointments are not available unless explicitly announced and approved.
Understanding Your Hair Journey
Every client’s hair journey is unique. Results vary based on hair type, density, lifestyle, maintenance habits, and individual needs. No two outcomes are identical, and results cannot be guaranteed.
Policy Compliance
All clients must follow booking requirements and salon policies. Failure to comply may result in:
Denial of service
Appointment cancellation
Loss of booking privileges
Permanent removal as a client
Deposits, Priority & Booking Confirmation
Deposits are required at the time of booking — no exceptions
Paying a deposit gives you priority over clients who have not paid
Appointments are secured on a first-come, first-served basis, determined by who submits their deposit first
Booking requests without a deposit do not reserve an appointment time
A deposit secures your service and time, not a guaranteed fixed appointment under all circumstances
Deposit Amounts
Existing Clients: 30%
New & Transfer Clients: 50%
Deposits are non-refundable.
A deposit is only refunded if I cancel your appointment entirely without offering a reschedule.
Scheduling, Rescheduling & Flexibility
Styles by T LLC reserves the right to reschedule appointments when necessary to:
Work at full capacity
Avoid large gaps in the schedule
Address family obligations, school-related changes, illness, or emergencies
Booking an appointment and paying a deposit does NOT guarantee that your appointment time will remain unchanged.
*If flexibility is not possible for you, do not book*
Rescheduling vs. Cancellation
If I must reschedule, alternative dates and/or times will be offered
If you decline the options provided, the appointment will be considered client-canceled
Canceling instead of rescheduling results in forfeiture of your deposit
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance or a new deposit will be required to rebook
Maintenance Requirements
Microloc maintenance is required every 4–6 weeks (maximum 8 weeks)
Repeatedly exceeding your recommended maintenance window may result in discontinued services
Clear, current photos of your hair are required before every appointment for accurate timing and pricing
Service Rules & Limitations
Book the correct service — you will only receive what you booked
Shampoo, frizz maintenance, color, and add-ons are additional fees
Appointments exceeding scheduled service time incur $50 per hour
Clients serviced by multiple locticians will not be accepted
Extensive or repetitive repairs requiring several continuous hours may be declined
Some services may require additional fees or may not be accepted based on time, hair condition, or physical limitations
Posture, Phone Use & Physical Limitations
Proper posture is required for the duration of your appointment.
Clients must:
Sit upright at all times
Limit phone use
Avoid loud talking, phone calls, or disruptive behavior
*Due to a shoulder injury, I am unable to be lenient regarding posture or excessive movement*
Failure to comply may result in:
Extended service time and additional fees
Modification of service
Service being stopped without refund
Salon Etiquette
No walk-ins — appointments only
No-call/no-shows lose all booking privileges immediately
Upon arrival, call/text to be let inside
If running late, notify me as a courtesy
10+ minutes late requires rescheduling
No additional guests unless approved
Respectful communication is mandatory
Disrespect results in immediate termination of services
Payments & Fees
Service pricing must be confirmed before booking
Canceling instead of rescheduling forfeits all payments
Afterpay, Affirm, and Klarna require full payment before the service date
An invoice must be requested
A deposit is still required at booking
A processing fee applies to all non-cash payments (see booking site for details)

Additional Policy Updates
Pricing is determined during your consultation.
Because every client’s hair is different, all pricing will be provided after your virtual consultation.
New microloc installation clients:
If you are booking an installation for the first time, your appointment will be entered by me during your consultation once your hair plan is created.
Appointments entered by the stylist:
If your service requires me to enter the appointment, it will be scheduled at the end of your consultation or immediately following your in-person service.
This process ensures accuracy, proper time allotment, and prevents overbooking so I can provide the highest level of care to each client.
